ACS were pleased to be asked to negotiate this project to facilitate an early commencement and allow the contractors input in the design stage.

Both front and back of house areas were upgraded to provide an up to date catering facility which includes a separate coffee shop and teaching staff area.

The project was a real collaboration between client, consultant, contractor and caterers.
