Nigel has lead the team at ACS since forming the company in 1986. He has an indisputable track record in the delivery of cutting edge projects across a range of construction sectors.
In 30 years at the helm he has spearheaded innovation in techniques and materials, developed creativity in problem solving and grown the business almost exclusively by reputation and recommendation.
Nigel is personally involved in providing support through the life cycle of each project and using his considerable expertise to benefit each ACS client.
Bryce Wilkins BProp MRICSCommercial Director
Bryce joined ACS in 2007. He has extensive experience in the commercial management of projects in education, high profile residential schemes and commercial fit out. He manages all members of the commercial team whether based on site or at head office. His attention to detail, careful financial management and open communication ensures that projects are delivered within client’s budgets.
Brad Allnutt BAs MCIOBContracts Manager
Brad joined the team in 2009 as a Project Manager having qualified with a BAs in Architectural Studies. He has worked on a variety of projects including both high end residential and complex education schemes. He now oversees the project managers based on site and brings an invaluable design contribution to the team. Recently, he has become a member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
Joe ScottProject Manager
Joining ACS from school twelve years ago, Joe has progressed through apprenticeship and day release to the position of Project Manager. He has a track record of ensuring projects are delivered on programme and to the highest quality by organising, managing and utilising all resources and materials in the most efficient way. He absorbs the challenges of each project while remaining composed and focussed.
