ACS Construction

Tenby Mansions

24 Kensington Palace Gardens London W8 4QQ

ACS had considerable temporary works designed to facilitate the removal of walls to revise the space arrangement and a reduced number of internal partitions. Good relations were maintained throughout with landlord and occupants despite the extensive structural alterations. Working closely with Syte Architects to produce their vision for this private client and meet the family’s own requirements allowed the ACS staff to demonstrate their extensive construction knowledge in an open and collaborative environment.

Working closely with Syte Architects to produce their vision for this private client and meet the family’s own requirements allowed the ACS staff to demonstrate their extensive construction knowledge in an open and collaborative environment.

Careful and detailed co-ordination of all trades; but especially joinery, services and stone work was necessary to deliver the architect’s intelligent designs to make efficient use of every space in this prime three-bedroom, two-bathroom property. It was hugely rewarding for the staff involved but was what they have come to expect on projects of this nature.
