ACS had complex construction sequencing and temporary works designed to facilitate the façade retention and basement excavation of this mews property with challenging access. Through early engagement ACS were able to ensure the client’s requirements, such as ground source heating, and structural complexities were incorporated into the design without compromising the detailing of the interior design.
